I graduated from Community College in in 2005 with my Associate of Applied Science in dental hygiene. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, shopping, and reading. I take great pride in helping my patients become and stay healthy.
Melissa
I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in biology and business management from Capital University and have been involved in the medical industry over 20 years. I began working with Dr. Kirian in 2009 and absolutely love helping patients stay healthy inside a practice with an awesome team! Outside of work, you will find me watching my kids playing sports as well as staying active with my family.
Kaitlyn
Dental Assistant
Kaitlyn graduated from the Assist to Succeed in March 2025 and joined our team in July 2025. She loves her job and the relationships she builds with our patients, and enjoys being part of a practice where it doesn’t feel like work. Kaitlyn shows up each day with a positive attitude and can be found helping wherever she can.
Kaitlyn has one daughter, and outside the office enjoys spending time with her family and watching the Ohio State Buckeyes and Cincinnati Bengals.
Tasha
Dental Assistant
Tasha attended Eastland Farfield Career Center and joined our team in June 2019. She is a great team player and can be founding helping in all areas of our practice, and enjoys being part of team that is focused on patient care at all times.
Tasha and her husband have three children. When not in the office she enjoys DIY projects, reading, being outside in the sunshine and spending time with her family.
